At Storm Car Covers, we take pride in crafting bespoke car covers tailored to your unique specifications. If, however, you encounter an issue, we're here to help.

Defective Covers: If you receive a bespoke car cover with a defect in workmanship or materials, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Defective Covers: As bespoke covers are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects. We recommend double-checking all specifications before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy: Since bespoke covers are customized, orders cannot be canceled after production has begun. If you wish to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
